Bailey is a husband to Aden, father to Emery, and pastor. He has been in ministry since he was 18 and desires to see people across the globe come to Christ.

Pastor Bailey is a graduate of Bethel university (2020) having studied Ministry and Business Finance. Pastor Bailey has spoken to and planted churches in Tanzania, Kenya, Myanmar, and Pakistan. He also serves on a number of roles in our denomination and pours into pastors around the world. His favorite place to be is in Sturgis.

Karen is a child of God, wife to Doug, mother to Nicholas and Daniel, grandmother to Tobi, Konstence, Logan and Lucas. She loves being a servant to God serving as church secretary and church treasurer and loving others. Her hobbies are gardening, crafts, camping.
